Practice Information:

Naomi practices labor and employment law. She joined our office in December 2007, after graduating from law school in San Francisco, California. During law school, Naomi was a law clerk at two labor and employment firms in the Bay Area, focusing mainly on private-sector union representation. Naomi also worked as a Peggy Browning Fellowship recipient for UNITE HERE Local 2, where she gained experience with the National Labor Relations Board and participated in contract negotiations. As a certified law student, Naomi represented a former restaurant worker in a state wage and hour suit, resulting in a sizable settlement for her client.
